Self-driving areas include Shili Gallery, Fengxiang Station, Kafeng Base Camp, Ayousai, World Heritage Center, Kafeng Overlook, and other spots. The Xiaokuerdun Camp, two iron bridges in Donggou, and the King Spruce area are not yet open to self-driving and require the shuttle bus. The scenic area is equipped with camping spots and food supply stations to meet basic travel needs. After purchasing tickets, visitors take the scenic area shuttle for 18 kilometers of mountain roads to reach the core area’s Yanziqiao Parking Lot. The route has many curves and takes about 30 minutes. Qiaxi and Kuerdening are in the same area, and tickets for both scenic areas can be purchased together at the ticket hall for flexible itinerary changes. Currently, the Qia-Ta Loop Road is recommended up to Yanziqiao Parking Lot; the remaining 30 kilometers of off-road section, once opened, is recommended for off-road vehicles only.
